meeksI'm starting a bit later today, since I woke up this morning with a headache and congested nose and went back to sleep for a few hours after taking an advil along with my vitamins. I'll get back to drawing this afternoon, once I've had something to eat.
After years of piecing together reference pictures every time I want to draw a dragon, I took a break from computer work yesterday to take up an unplanned craft project: a posable stuffed dragon! I'm sewing it out of some fabric I had left over from a previous project, and giving it a wire 'skeleton'. So far, I've got a head that I'm rather pleased with, and the start of a wing. It's the first time I've tried sewing a complex 3-D form like this, so I'm excited to see how it will turn out!
