SketchFest!

I don't know what possessed me to treat SketchFest as a speedpainting exercise, but I've responded to 6 prompts, five of which are hour-long sketches..in colour. (The other is kind of a joke that didn't take up the whole hour.) Well, I guess it's good practice, anyway... You can take a look at what I've done here.
It's about 2am here, and I'm trying to decide if I have enough energy to pick up another prompt. Even if I don't, there are still close to 11 hours left of this month's SketchFest, so there's still time to join in the fun! 

story sketch: escape [update:04-23-2011]

This is a scene from the first book set in clare_dragonfly 's Chatoyant College, the only american university that has classes in magic alongside its more conventional course offerings. All is not what it seems on what, at first, appears to be a normal college campus, and freshman students Annie, Edie, Corrie, Dawn, and Rico soon find themselves fleeing the real reason the nearby forest is forbidden.

sketchfest stuff

As I mentioned, I used this month's SketchFest as an exercise in speedpainting, so I ended up with seven images that are not quite finished, but that wouldn't take much more work for me to feel comfortable with calling them 'done'. I'm thinking of cleaning them up and making them available as prints from Imagekind. What do you think? Does anyone want to see finished versions of these? Would prints be of interest to you?
