I think you did a great job on the foreshortening there. It's not a technique that needs to be used often, but when it's right for a picture, it really adds a lot of depth.

I recommend detailing the shoe tread if you refine this; that will help emphasize the extreme closeup. Maybe even look up actual shoe patterns and duplicate one. Also detail the water. Behind Thorburn, leave the deeper background more vague for contrast.

I like Thorburn pulling Ceinwen out of the water! I'm not sure why that image caught my attention so much, but it certainly did.

Ysabet's right; the foreshortening is awesome here. And I like the water flicking off of her hair. :-)
