This is a sketch of aldersprig's character, Autumn, from her Stranded World setting. In this story, a mysterious client has come to her ren faire booth seeking her skill with a different sort of ink painting.

Alternate World Version?

I came into this cold, without any of the background info, and at first glance saw a suburban kitchen/dining room, with the kitchen sinks in the background under a large window looking out into a yard with paintings or prints or something hanging out to dry on the clothesline.

I suppose the people in the foreground could be doing something consistent with that, even if I have no idea what.

Just a thought. Let it take you where it will. Or not, if you prefer.
